Hey, I’m Alex Righetto - an Italian contemporary painter based in the United States.

I received my formal training in fine arts at the Gianbettino Cignaroli Academy in Verona, Italy, where I developed a strong foundation in figurative art and visual storytelling. My work is known for its vibrant color palettes, dynamic brushwork, and bold compositions.

Through emotionally driven paintings, I draw inspiration from my Italian heritage and European history, reinterpreting classical themes within a modern context. My practice centers on figurative art and portraiture as a way to create narratives that feel both timeless and contemporary.

My work has been featured in international publications such as Vogue and Vanity Fair and exhibited in galleries and institutions across Europe and the United States, including Art Basel Miami. Today, I dedicate myself full-time to painting, creating visually powerful and thought-provoking artworks.
