COURSE CONTENT
The course is designed for English speakers. Because English and Faroese are very different languages, I explain things in English for most of the course so that you can understand the main concepts more easily, and the transition to Faroese is smoother and easier to understand.
No previous knowledge of the language is required.
The beginner's course is designed for those who are starting from scratch, which is why it starts from the absolute basics. However, the course is also perfect for advanced beginners, as the difficulty of the lessons will gradually increase.
IN MY COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:
MODULE 2
LANGUAGE ESSENTIALS & SOCIAL INTERACTIONS
This module focuses on nouns (feminine, masculine, plurals), articles, and sentence structure, reinforced with exercises. It also teaches greetings, discussing languages and culture, using personal pronouns, and asking questions with common question words. Practice through practical examples and activities.
MODULE 4
NUMBERS, COLORS & DESCRIPTIONS
This module covers numbers (1-100), asking about age, telling time, and discussing prices in practical settings like a café. You'll also learn colors, clothes, and body parts, and practice combining these in descriptive sentences. Reinforce your skills with practical exercises.
MODULE 6
TRAVEL, DIRECTIONS & PROFESSIONS
This module covers essential travel vocabulary, including vehicles, directions, and key locations like roads, parks, and marketplaces. Learn to ask for and give directions, as well as explore the top destinations in your country. You'll also dive into education and job-related vocabulary, learn to discuss professions, and ask about work or studies. Practical exercises will help reinforce these topics.

The courses are divided into several sections, containing more than 30 video lessons and exercises. I recommend watching the sessions in order, as the courses offer a sequential and logical learning path.
