I’m Leonardo Pereznieto, a painter and sculptor who celebrates the spirit of freedom at sea through my art.
I grew up surrounded by creativity as the son of artist Fernando Pereznieto and classical guitarist Corazón Otero, and I held my first exhibition at eight alongside my father in Mexico City. I studied classical techniques in Mexico and at the New York Academy of Art, and my work has been exhibited worldwide, earning awards in New York, Italy, and beyond. Beyond painting and sculpting, I share my knowledge through lectures, instructional books, and my YouTube channels, connecting with millions of art lovers globally. Living in Madrid, I continue to explore the sea, human spirit, and cultural stories in my work, while also dedicating time to volunteer efforts that support human rights and inspire young people.
