 Hey, I’m Darja, but most people online know me as @darja.draws.
I’m an illustrator and designer based in Austria, obsessed with creating art that feels soft, thoughtful, and full of emotion.

I’ve always been fascinated by how simple shapes and colors can tell complex stories, how a gentle line or muted palette can say more than words. Over time, I developed a style rooted in emotional minimalism: calm compositions, expressive characters, and a quiet kind of storytelling that connects deeply with people.

When I’m not drawing, I work on projects like Cappymind, Oh Sketch (my idea-generation app for artists) and Dariko, my creative shop where I turn illustrations into prints and everyday art.

Now, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned together in my first full course, Flat Style, Deep Feelings, a journey into emotional storytelling through character illustration and animation.
