Or personally, Kim Diaz Holm. I am a Norwegian artist and storyteller from Bergen, known for creating dark art inspired by myth, horror, folklore, politics, and mental health.
After years working in comics, illustration, album covers, and live drawing at metal festivals, I found a global audience in 2020 through my Daily Ink Monsters on TikTok. Since then, I’ve grown to over a million followers on TikTok and hundreds of thousands on YouTube.
I’ve worked with bands like Enslaved, Abbath, and Rotting Christ, while also selling my art worldwide on prints, clothing, and tattoos.
Since 2004, I’ve taught art to everyone from beginners to professional artists. This course is the next step in sharing everything I’ve learned. I still live in Bergen with my wife and two kids, balancing personal projects, collaborations, and the life of a full-time artist.

Learn to use negative space to make your art unforgettable. You’ll discover how to draw less while saying more, guiding the viewer’s eye and creating powerful, high-contrast compositions.
The basics
Learn to break complex scenes into simple shapes, using structure and perspective to sketch characters and environments with confidence.
Ink on brush Technique
Master bold, dynamic ink work through line weight, texture, and expressive brush control. You’ll learn to create depth, striking silhouettes, and raw energy with every stroke.

The course has 7 modules for X+ hours of learning and practicing. It also includes X+ full-length artwork tutorials! You can pause and replay the videos as much as you want. Though it's best to take the course in order, because it will start from the basics to lessons at a more advanced level.
