I’m a self-taught artist who specializes in painting pet portraits, capturing the character and spirit of our furry companions. I discovered painting later in life, after leaving a corporate career, and that freedom to find my own way has shaped everything about how I work.
I use water-mixable oils and the grid method, but my process isn’t about rigid technique. It’s about finding a simple, approachable way to create portraits that capture both accuracy and personality.
These days, I live on a houseboat with my rescue dog, Benji.
