Hi, I’m Veljko,
present on social media as @vmdrawz. I’m a digital artist who’s been creating portraits for a little over five years. I’ve loved drawing since I was a kid, and even though I’ve taken a few online art classes, most of what I know is self-taught. Right now I’m also studying graphic design, which adds a lot of new ideas to my work.
I mostly work digitally, but I still play around with traditional art when I can. My portraits mix realism with a touch of magic and surreal details. I like leaving some brushstrokes visible and not over-painting every detail so the picture feels alive and a bit dreamy. I even go back and repaint older pieces sometimes just to see how much my style has grown.
Art, for me, is about capturing more than just a likeness — it’s about telling a little story in each face.
