You see, I wasnāt very artsy as a kid but they were airing this anime about these magical girls and I got hooked. So hooked in fact that when the last episode ended I was heartbroken. Devastated. IN SHAMBLES!
A huge void screamed to be filled. So to soothe it I picked up a pencil, used cups to trace circles for heads and ā¦.so it began.
Soon I was addicted to drawing, staying up way past my bedtime drawing in secret putting my limited skill to work under the light of a flashlight ... and as you can imagine my parents werenāt thrilled when they found out :)Ā
I started teaching myself digital art later on,Ā combining what I loved from traditional drawing with new toolsĀ that opened endless new possibilities.Ā
Canāt say I ever really planned to ābe an artistā as a job.
These days, art to me is connection. Itās a piece of my heart reaching out, hoping it finds someone who understands. If one of my drawings makes you pause, smile or feel a little less aloneā¦then thatĀ means everything to me.

Iām a watercolour artist, inspired by the quiet poetry of flowers and the natural world. Originally from Singapore, I now live near Melbourne, nestled in the beauty of the Yarra Valley, a landscape that continues to teach me about colour, flow, and stillness.
Painting, for me, has always been more than art. Itās a practice of mindfulness, presence, and healing, a space where I reconnect with myself and the rhythm of nature. Every petal and brushstroke feels like a reminder to slow down, breathe, and simplyĀ be.
My background as a yoga teacher has shaped how I approach creativity, with softness, awareness, and intuition. Through my art and courses, I hope to help others experience that same sense of calm and joyful expression that watercolour has given me.
